MY JOURNEY TO MEETING YOU
My life up until this point has been a crazy journey: Bumps and bruises. Sunshine and rainbows. Hurt and healing. Most importantly, filled with growth.

I played volleyball at Utah Valley University (UVU) where I played for some phenomenal coaches. I was going through a pretty rough time personally when my coach gave me a book to read that completely changed the course of my life. It was called "The Inner Game of Tennis" by Timothy Gallwey.

This book has nothing to do with the life struggles I was having or even volleyball, so how could this book help, right? It talks about the difference between "Self 1" (mind) and "Self 2" (Body). In a weird way, it taught me that my value as a person did not come by the results of things that happened to me. It brought a whole new way of thinking to my life that I had never experienced and changed my path.

Knowing I couldn't play volleyball forever, I started to coach volleyball and instilling these new principles into the minds of my athletes. My thought was, if I can teach them at an earlier age than I learned, then they can set themselves up for success at an earlier age.

This new mindset really got put to the test for me when my previous wife decided to leave and end our marriage. In this situation I saw two options: 1) Feel sorry for myself and use this as an excuse in life. 2) Make the best out of this situation I never thought I would be in.

I chose option 2.

I continued to work through and heal my pain while also focusing on all of the good and learning that it brought me.

I continued to learn about the mind, goal setting, coaching, and striving to become a better version of myself.

I learned that beauty can come out of chaos. I learned that I have so much control over my emotions, reactions and self love. I also learned that there is a lot of potential still inside of me that I just haven't unlocked yet.

As I learned more, the more I loved helping others do the same.

I found a passion helping people become better versions of themselves. That passion has grown into a life calling. It's what gets me out of bed. I have found two great spots to do this; eBay (where I work) where I do business and customer service coaching and Coaching Volleyball (15+years) to high school athletes.

I know that there are others out there who are struggling, searching for answers, or are looking for opportunities for growth. So, I have decided to expand my platform to help those that are looking for clarity, confidence, peace, goal setting, going through tough transitions, etc.

You have unmet potential that you haven't uncovered yet. You know what it is, too! It's the thing you've always wanted to do or to be but have been too nervous to go after or don't know how to go about it.

If you're feeling that urge to reach your potential, to break out of this same cycle you're in, and to speed up your goals to get you feeling confident and peace in your life, let's talk.
